- INTERMEDIATE -

10 front squats (105/155 lb)

- BEGINNER -
Every 4:00 for 5 sets:
30-second plank hold
14/21-cal bike
10 front squats (34/45 lb)
- Rest with the remaining time in the interval.

- MASTERS 55+ -
AMRAP 20:
1-minute plank hold
20/30-cal bike
10 front squats (95/135 lb)
