- Every minute starting at 0:00 perform 5 burpees over the dumbbell

- BEGINNER -
For time:
50 alternating dumbbell snatch (15/25 lb)
- Every minute starting at 0:00 perform 3 burpees
- 10:00 time cap.

- MASTERS 55+ -
For time:
100 alternating dumbbell snatch (25/35 lb)
- Every minute starting at 0:00 perform 5 burpees over the dumbbell
