Welcome to the 2025 6 PackSummer: Intramural Challenge.
In this guide you will finda wealth of information regarding the 6 week Six Pack Summer: IntramuralChallenge. Please read carefully to atbest help your team win and at worst not to screw them over lol.
To sign up please follow this link Sign Up Here! or on the whiteboard by the front desk. Registration is $69/athlete. The coaches will be drafting their teams on Saturday, May 10th so signups will close at 10:30am Saturday, May 10th.
SCHEDULE:
Challenge Duration: Begins Monday, May 12th and Ends Sunday, June 22nd.
Deadline to Register: Saturday, May 10th @ 10:30am
Coaches Team Draft: Saturday, May 10th @ 5:00pm
Weekly Workout Challenge Announced: Each Sunday during the challenge.
Food Prep & Healthy MealDeadline (Prior Week): Monday’s @ 5:30pm.
Weekly workout results due:Monday’s @ 5:30pm.
Winning Team Championship Announcement: Saturday, June 28th.

There will be 7 teams made up of everyone who signed up for the 6 Pack Summer:Intramural Challenge. Each Queen City CrossFit Coach is a team captain, talk to a Coach or follow this LINK to register!
WEEKLY SCHEDULE:
Saturday’s: Free Bring a Friend Workout
Sunday: Look out for that week’s workout challenge announcement on the PushPress Social Feed and in the workouts tab in Push Press.
Monday’s before 5:30pm: All relevant points submissions completed in the priorweek are due in Push Press.
Wednesdays: Leaderboard Update.
POINTS:
WEEKLY ATTENDANCE: (100,50 & 50 points)
Athletes will receive 100 points for their team if they attend 3 classes for the week. Athletes can earn an additional 50 points each for the 4th and 5th workout per week. Total possible attendance points per week is 200 points. There will be no points awarded for less than 3 classes. Open gym attendance will not count. We will track this, no need for you to submit anything here.
SOCIAL MEDIA TAGS: (50 Points Each)
Each tag of Queen City CrossFit in a social media post, reel or story earns 50points per tag. Limit of 4 per week.Your Instagram profile must be made public to earn these points. We want to repost you! We will keep track of this, no need to submit anything extra.
BRING A FRIEND: (200Points Each)
Each Saturday during the 6 Week Intramural Challenge will be a Bring a Friend FreeWorkout. Bring up to 3 Friends to aSaturday workout each week and earn 200 points per friend. No you can’t bring the same friend/s 6 weeks in a row. Your friend must register in Push Press for the class. TEAM WEEKLY PERFORMANCE:(1,400, 1,200, 1,000, 800, 600, 400 & 200 points)
Each week there will be a Workout Challenge Posted on Sunday. Points will be earned based on total team performance. These workouts will be able to be performed or made up any time during the week but will be programmed into our class plans or may even be the workout of the day. Score entry for each weeks workouts will appear in Push Press on the Monday of the current week. Scores must be entered into Push Press for credit. Athletes who do not post a score in Push Press the following week by Monday, 5:30pm will receive the time cap, minimum work requirement or a zero.
INDIVIDUAL CHAMPION BONUS:(250 Points Each)
The Female and Male Athletes with the best score for the weekly WorkoutChallenge will earn their respective teams 250 Points Each for the week.
CROSSFIT NUTRITION COURSE: (5,000 Points)
Pass and send the certificate of completion for the CrossFit NutritionCourse sometime between Monday, May 12th and Sunday, June 22ndfor 5,000 points per athlete. Send confirmation of completion to info@queencitycrossfit.com.

MEAL PREP 5 MEALS FOR THE WEEK: (500 Points)
Meal prep any healthy 5 Meals for the week to earn your team 500 points per week. Full credit only. Athletes must post pictures in the comments section under their “score” in Push Press Under Meal Prep. Athletes must provide a timestamp on their photo’s(how to below). There will be a place to enter you photo’s in Push Press Every Sunday.

EAT A HEALTHY MEAL: (50points each)
Eat a healthy whole foods meal and take a picture with time stamp. 50 points per meal up to 150 points per day. Athletesmust post pictures in comments section under their “score” in Push Press Under HealthyMeal on the day they have the meal. Post up to 3 meals in the comments sectioneach day.

CROSSFIT NUTRITION COURSE:(5,000 Points)

INBODY SCAN: (2,400Points)
Athletes will earn their team 2,400 points for a Before and After InBody Scan.No partial credit will be credited, both before and after must be done toreceive points. Athletes must have the“Before” scan performed between 5/12 – 5/18 and the “After” scan between6/16-6/22.
