40 left-arm DB snatches
40 right-arm DB snatches
400-m run
100 single-arm overhead DB lunges
400-m run
40 left-arm DB snatches
40 right-arm DB snatches

20 synchronized burpees
- Use one dumbbell (35/50 lb).
- Switch arms on the lunges as needed.

- INTERMEDIATE -
For time:
20 synchronized burpees
100 double-unders
40 left-arm DB snatches
40 right-arm DB snatches
400-m run
100 single-arm overhead DB lunges
400-m run
40 left-arm DB snatches
40 right-arm DB snatches

- Use one dumbbell (25/35 lb).

- BEGINNER -
