CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program that is built on constantly varied, functional movements, done at high intensity. CrossFit by design is broad, general and inclusive. The program is universally scalable meaning that it is the perfect application for any committed individual, regardless of experience or fitness level. We use the same routine for every member, scaling only load and intensity.
In CrossFit, we believe in training for life, which means we prepare for the unknown and the unknowable. We do this by training to optimize proficiency across ten recognized fitness domains including Cardiovascular and Respiratory Endurance, Stamina, Strength, Flexibility, Power, Speed, Coordination, Agility, Balance and Accuracy.
