New to Crossfit
To learn the fundamentals of Crossfit, you’ll start out in a 1 month (twice per week) specialized course designed to teach you the fundamentals of Crossfit. Foundations is designed specifically for those with less than 3 months of Crossfit experience; all fitness levels are welcome!
