Scheduled at your availability, we want to help you meet your goals in a safe and effective manner. Your first Elements class is risk-free. If you attend your first class and decide that this is not the right program for you, we will refund your payment back.
Elements is a 6-session series that runs approximately 60 minutes per session and is scheduled based on your schedule and trainer availability. Each session will include a warmup, workout, and cool down, along with useful information on how to get the most out of Queen City CrossFit.
Have you been doing CrossFit at another Affiliate? If you have been training at another affiliate, you may be able to forgo Elements by having your coach email us. We will determine together, whether you would be better suited starting with Elements or jumping right into CrossFit Group Training.
