With our new partnership with Kettlebell Kitchen to provide healthy, premade meals to our members and community, now would be a good time to post about Nutrition. This is not something we bring up all that much, but it truly is the building block of our body and our performance at the gym and outside of the gym.

Most of the time this starts with what we are putting in our bodies. This is the easiest and hardest thing to change. For most of us, we are busy and it is hard enough to find time to eat, let alone the right things. Plus, there is a deluge of information out there about different nutrition fads. But lets keep it simple:
