GOAT is a CrossFit term for a movement or skill that needs work. For today’s workout, like last Thursday, you will pick two movements that you would like to improve with. These can be bodyweight (pull-ups, rope climbs, pistols) or barbell movements. You can pick box jumps or double unders. Any two movements that you wish to work on. An easy way to think about this is think through a movement that you have had to scale lately or felt limited you in a workout.
