Congratulations to everyone that did Murph today! This workout is about a lot more than a grueling 40+ minute metcon. It is a reminder that a lot of men and women give the ultimate sacrifice for our freedoms. If you missed it, you are in luck! Tuesday, you can choose to do Murph instead of regularly schedule WOD for Tuesday.
It is deload week in Wendler, and our last week of Wendler. We are changing the order around this week to get let those legs recover a bit from Murph and to keep space open on Tuesday for those that missed it and want to make it up. Next week will be a retest, to see how much progress we have made over the last 9 weeks. Once we finish up Wendler, we will be moving back to more variety of movements. Some days will be just a metcon with more skill work programmed into the class, somedays will be heavy days with weighted pull-ups and dips coming back in, more Olympic lifting, front and overhead squats… basically back to good old fashioned CrossFit!
