We’ll call this Announcement Friday – lots of news so let’s get started:
  1. We are doing a May Paleo Challenge! By popular request, people are asking for some extra accountability to become their beach body selves.  More details to come later today on participation rules.  In the meantime, find a partner you want to do the Challenge with.  If you do not have a partner, let me know and I’ll match you up with someone.
  2. Yoga this Sunday at 9:00AM! As shared on Monday, we are adding Restorative Yoga to our programming 1-2 times a month via Myrita.  We don’t have very many folks signed up so we’d love to see more faces.
  3. QCC One Year Anniversary Party! May 14th, 2011 was the day we officially opened our doors to the public.  Many new and old friends came to celebrate with us then.  Over the last year, QCC has developed into the most incredible community and we want to celebrate our one year with you.  Hold Friday, May 18th on your calendars for memorable evening.
  4. Sad but happy news! Elisa has taken a new job in Boston, MA.  We are so happy for her first “adult” job but so sad to see her go.  Please come back and visit us and continue to let us know about your CFing adventures in the Beantown.

    Please remember that we have YOGA at 9am on Sunday. So far we only have 2 signed up. It’s FREE for members!!! $5 for non-members, bring your spouse/friend/etc!

    WOD: 11:37 – I need to string together more unbroken squats. Had to split up each round in at least 2 sets (usually more).
